Tasks / Responsibilities:

  • Organization of site logistics (in cooperation with site management and site engineers)
  • Communication with all parties involved (suppliers, site management and customers) to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Coordinate upcoming delivery dates with site management, PMO and PM.
  • Assist in the preparation of all required safety documents for site logistics in collaboration with safety and prevention management
  • Control the movement of materials on site (time, quality and cost)
  • Overview of all incoming and outgoing deliveries on the construction site
  • Feedback of delivery status on individual goods deliveries (ERP system)
  • Identify delivery issues and prepare required documentation for non-conformance reports
  • He/she maintains warehouses and assembly areas in good condition in coordination with project/construction management
  • Provide direct support to the assembly area and liaise with project/construction management


  • Basic knowledge of CAD viewers (reading).
  • Knowledge in MS-Office, MS Project
  • Product knowledge
  • Knowledge of quality procedures and their application
  • Basic knowledge of business administration
  • Basic knowledge of logistics
  • Knowledge of foreign languages (English)
  • Ability to analyze
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to manage suppliers
  • Ability to plan and manage time
  • Ability to communicate at different levels with various internal and external interlocutors
